Bosch 24 volt Alternator - 55 AH
Needed to drive and charge up the Hybrid Drive System.
This is the completed Alternator / Fossil powered unit.
Spider couplings were machined and keyway cut.
Mounting brackets fabricated and welded into place.
Finally - the Alternator and Engine were mated together with the spider coupling.
Produces a good solid 24 volt @ 58 Amps.
Bosch 24v 55 amp alternator brand new out of the box!
This is the unit used to power the hybrid energy system.
Waiting to remove the pulley and fit the spider coupling.

Also D+ hooked up direct from the voltage regulator.
